Baked Crescent Sandwiches

To start off my weekly recipes, I've decided to teach you all how to make one of my favorites: Baked Crescent Sandwiches. These little guys are so easy to make! If you know how to make Pillsbury Crescent Rolls©, then you'll have no trouble making these.

Tools:
+ Cutting board
+ Chopping knife
+ Baking sheet
+ Oven
+ Non stick baking spray

Ingredients:
+ 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls©
+ 8 Slices of Deli Turkey*
+ 4 Slices of Havarti cheese*
+ A handful of broccoli
+ 5 baby bella mushrooms**
+ Onions, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation:
+ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
+ Cut the 4 slices of cheese in half diagonally, making them into 8 triangle slices.
+ Chop the mushrooms and broccol
+ Lightly spray the baking pan with non stick baking spray
+ Here's the funnest part of this recipe: pop open the can of crescent rolls!

Directions:
1. Unroll the crescent roll dough, separate each triangle, and place them individually on the pan.
2. Place 1 havarti triangle and 1 slice of deli turkey on each dough triangle.
3. Layer on mushrooms and broccoli (See image below for an example)

4. Roll the dough and ingredients into the crescent shape. Optional: pull the bottom crescent flaps over the top of the roll to create a nice little delicious sandwich package.

5. Repeat until all 8 of the crescent rolls are stuffed with delicious ingredients.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Congratulations! Your delicious crescent sandwiches are now complete.

Serving suggestion: 2 crescent sandwiches, some terra chips, and a nice tall glass of iced tea.

Enjoy!

*These are my favorite ingredients to use, but feel free to substitute them for things that please your palette.
**I use mushrooms in practically everything I cook. If you don't personally like mushrooms, you don't have to use them.
